French Fun Club
This program can offer your child a fun, effective, and challenging way to learn French at an
early age. Exposure to a second language should begin as early as possible, as the human brain
is wired to learn language during early childhood. Students under 6 years of age with no previous exposure to the French language are welcome to join us. We provide a warm, happy, and enriching environment where our students can develop at their own pace.
Our learning environment is nurturing and supportive, giving every student his or her opportunity to achieve academic and personal success.
Children have an amazing ability to adapt and learn new languages. Our program allows all children to successfully learn French, even if more than one language is spoken at home.
Through continuous exposure to the language, children learn to associate words and concepts in French while learning proper pronunciation and intonation. Many times, children who already speak another language have a better capacity to learn additional languages.
Our students enjoy daily French lessons in small groups. They will acquire basic vocabulary in a variety of areas, including numbers, colors, parts of the body and clothing items, foods, family, weekdays, fruits and vegetables, feelings, everyday activities, time, weather, seasons, special holidays, the names of common animals etc. We introduce songs, arts and crafts,
communicative and educative games, and video and hands-on activities as an integral part of each lesson. We use and provide quality materials from France and a proven, structured learning method.
Our French Fun Club's unique program is a colorful journey of fun, innovative, original content filled with music, games, educational fun activities, movies, sports, crafts, story time, circle time, baking, cooking, and excursions designed to promote communication in French.
Activities such as creative writing, reading comprehension, spelling, conversational time, and learning French songs/poems will give students great opportunities to improve their level of French. We use powerful learning tools to keep the kids engaged.
